The children of Henry K. Maley and Mabel L. (nee Bateman)
1. Colin Kennedy Maley was born on 4 May 1912 at Home Cottage. He served as a Flight Lieutenant in the RAAF during WWII. On 18 December 1940 Colin married Lorina Smedmore Rowledge at Fremantle. Children: Pamela Kennedy, John Kennedy, Robin June & Ian James. Worked as a businessman for J&W Bateman Ltd. Colin died on 1 August 2005 at Nedlands and his ashes were spread at the Greenough Pioneer Museum around the base of a gum tree he planted in the 1920s. 2. Alan Kennedy Maley was born on 24 February 1914 at Home Cottage. Served in the RAF during WWII. Awarded Distinguished Flying Cross. Married Daphne Roberts in England, no issue. Divorced. Later worked as an Electronic Engineer for WRE, Salisbury, South Australia. Married (2) Roma Simpson, children: Moira. Divorced and married (3) Gene in Adelaide, no issue. Died in Adelaide in 2001. 3. Herbert William Maley was born on 5 August 1916 at Home Cottage. Reserved occupation during WWII as aeronautical engineer at the Commonwealth Aircraft Corporation, Victoria. Later worked as an engineer. Married Catherine Blake in Victoria, no issue. After her death, married Lou Marshall in Queensland, no issue. Died on 25 April 1998 at Buderim, Queensland. Bequeathed money for the care and maintenance of the Greenough Pioneer Museum.
